- Meet with city staff or officials as necessary.
- Perform project administration and quality assurance and quality control procedures for all architectural and engineering work
- Background
-  Review the available documentation for the project.
- Meet with city staff to set forth project design parameters and criteria.
- Selected firm should Prepare a project scope for the construction phase based on the available funding and the citys priorities.
- Perform a topographic, elevation, and land survey to include sufficient information to prepare construction documents for the site improvements.
- Obtain other needed measurements for the rehabilitation of the building.
