[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide imaging and digitization services in TIFF file format.
- The vendor will provide all necessary hadwer software and staff to perform scanning on sit and the media must be scanned by qualified staff to who have passed scanning on side and the media must be scanned be account for the vender  will provide  all necessary page scan team  must  be accounted for  and  any missed scans be captured prior to the onsite  scan teams leaving  the  county entrance to the building must have monitor camera to ensure completed  
- Vender facility must be closes to any waterway that may have the possibility   flooding risk
- Automatic image enhancement
 - The vender will automatic deskew and remove solid blcke on each tIFF image for optimum for optimum file compression in case where there may be bloke image with with text
(2) A mandatory pre-bid on- site will be held on June 07,2023

Performance of the work will be Offsite and Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
