[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide refuse removal, disposal and recycling services to the government authority located in New York.
- The Contractor shall furnish Containers as specified in these Specifications twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, which are Clean and in good repair, to the satisfaction of the Manager.
- The contractor shall perform pickups as set forth in these specifications. if a scheduled pickup falls on a holiday, the pickup shall be performed on the next business day following the holiday.
- The Contractor shall remove all Containers, along with the entirety of their contents, at each Pickup.
- All recycling Containers must be marked in bold white letters to designate the material to be put in the Containers.
- The cubic-yard size must be clearly marked on each Container.
(2) A pre-response meeting will be held on May 31, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than
