[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website development service using content management system that must be compatible with Apple and Android mobile devices, Browsers supported include Safari, Firefox, Opera, and Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome; social media platforms such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
- The vendor will be required to create and migrate informational webpages and files dedicated (but not limited to voting registration vote by mail early voting election results running for office poll workers voters with disabilities military and overseas voters news and Help.
- The vendor will be required to create an improved ‘your voter information lookup webtool that allows voters to locate their polling places with interactive maps or links verify voter registration check status of vote by mail application and ballot or permanent vbm roster status and find contact information for public officials.
- The vendor will be required to create a search bar function so users can more easily find information on the website.
- The vendor will be required to include programming that allows the Board to view analytic reports on website and individual webpage traffic.
- The vendor will be required to build a website that will allow for third-party platform integration for videos, email collection for newsletters and text message programs.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on May 30, 2023.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
