[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide ORACLE and EAM interface technical and functional support service for providing 24/7/365 support for the completed Oracle-EAM interface that allows Oracle and Infor and Hexagon EAM to communicate with each other on the EAM portion, as well as working with our remote Oracle support team (AST Corporation) on troubleshooting the Oracle portion of the interface.
• Provide technical and functional support to agency on the Infor and Hexagon EAM portion of the interface. This includes but is not limited to:
- Resolving issues with sync errors
- Resolving vendor and employee sync errors
- Resolving purchase orders that are stuck in the interface
- Resolving GL discrepancies caused by interface configuration errors
- Providing how-to assistance to agency personnel as needed
- Adding to, modifying, updating, or deleting portions of the interface code as needed
- Providing recommendations for maintenance and updating of the interface as needed
• Work with AST Corporation on troubleshooting and resolving any errors or issues that arise on the Oracle portion of the interface.
• Provide 24/7/365 monitoring of Oracle-EAM interface, alerting agency personnel whenever there are any outages or sync issues.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2023
(3) The contract period will be for five years.
(4) Pre-proposal conference will be held on February 6, 2023
