(1) Vendor needs to provide software and database programming services.
- Provide software and database programming services
- The work hours for the Contractor will not exceed 16 hours per week and may vary from week to week.
- Programming and administration support to Fire Incident Record Management System. This system is a client/server based application built with .Net C#, WCF and WPF technologies.
- Programming and administration support to Vacation Pick application. This application is to deal with Fire Station staffing and scheduling. It is built with ASP.Net.
- Programming and administration support to Apparatus Hose Testing application. This system is a client/server based application built with .Net C#, WCF and WPF technologies.
- Programming and administration support to Logistics Application. This application is the record management system for both SCBA and Fire Department PPE inventory system. This system is a client/server based application built with .Net C#, WCF and WPF technologies.
- Assist the department in data warehouse and data mining operations, which is to generate the fire and rescues operation performance measures.
- Provide technical support to database administration. The department runs several MS SQL Servers
(2) The contract period will be for one year.
