- The contractor shall provide the appropriate regulated waste system products and materials for an emergency room and as needed, pickup and dispose of regulated medical waste. Pick up services would be at the above highlighted locations and disposal would be at a designated site where the contractor is licensed to dispose properly of regulated or specialized medical waste.
(2) A contract period will be for one year.
