[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide fair janitorial services to the government authority located in Washington, OR.
- Clean all restrooms prior to and during the fair operational hours with a final deep clean after closing each day. Restock of all supplies at least daily and if needed additionally throughout the day.
- Empty and reline garbage containers during fair operational hours.
- Restrooms will require a dedicated attendant and except for an unexpected emergency, closure of the public restroom facilities shall only be allowed during agreed upon scheduling and times.       Westside commons staff and the contractor shall coordinate any restroom closures to ensure minimal disruption of use by fair visitors.
- Clean and restock all portable toilets within the interior fenced areas of the fairgrounds. This includes the carnival lot portable restrooms. This cleaning shall be completed mid-afternoon daily. Clean and disinfect all high contact points.
- Post-fair pick up any garbage and recycling and transfer and place in appropriate containers
(2) A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on 09 February, 2023.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than 17 February, 2023.
