[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide next generation 911 phone system that will receive Emergency (911)
and non-emergency phone calls via voice (wireline and wireless), VoIP, text messages, photos, and video.
- All system server and workstation software shall run current versions of Microsoft Windows.
- The system will require 4 desktop minis, 4 monitors, 4 keypads, 4 SAM, 4 sets of speakers, 4 headsets and cords, a server, printer, networking equipment.
- Call Handling Software
- Firewall
- Analytics Software
- Monitoring Software
- Instant Retrieval Software
- The system must be capable of using windows logins for access to the system.
- The system must support identification, authentication, and authorization for all external access to provide functionality, in conformance with published NENA security standards and guidelines for next generation 911, including NENA 08-003 and NENA 75-001.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 14, 2022.
(3) Contract term will be one year.
