[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional survey services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.
- Providing surveying services for preparation of the survey, boundary survey, topographic survey, acquisition plats, and any required right of way and plats, including vacation, dedication, closing, and opening of streets and alleys
- Measured and record distances from corners of parcels surveyed to the nearest right-of-way lines of streets in urban or suburban areas, together with recovered lot corners and evidence of lot corners
- Identifying titles of all recorded plats, filed maps, right of way maps, or similar documents which the survey represents, wholly or in part, shall be shown with their appropriate recording data, filing dates and map numbers, and the lot, block, and section numbers or letters of the surveyed premises.
(2) A Pre-Submittal Conference will be held on February 8, 2023.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than February 6, 2023.
