Vendor needs to provide a qualified certified public accounting firm to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, with the option to audit for each of the three subsequent fiscal years to the government authority located in Charleston, WV.
- The agency requires the successful Vendor to express an opinion on the fair presentation of financial statements in conformity with U.S. GAAP and standards established by the governmental accounting standard board of the American Institute of certified public accountants.
- Additionally, the successful Vendor will be required to prepare all supporting schedules required by the Department of Administration for the preparation of the state’s and must file these with the state of West Virginia Department of Administration’s Financial Accounting and Reporting section by September 15, 2021, and each potential renewal or extension year.
