[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide property and casualty insurance broker services to the government authority located in Barnesville, GA.
- Broker shall develop and administer an innovative program:
- Provide quality results for Lamar County Schools at the most reasonable costs,
- Provide loss control and administrative assistance,
- Maximize financial recoveries in the event of losses,
- Placement and Insurance Management Services:
- All Risk Property
- Automobile Liability (Bus and Non-Bus)
- Boiler and Machinery
- Builders Risk
- Crime, Fidelity Bonds and other miscellaneous bonds
- Excess Workers’ Compensation
- Self-Insurance Plans
- Student Accident Insurance
- Student Athletic Insurance
- Third Party Liability
- Other insurance/plans as required,
- Claims Advocacy:
- Participate in claims review meetings to ensure accuracy of reserves and effective claims management.
- Coordinate claim information with designated adjusters.
- Assist with claim and coverage disputes,
- Broker Compensation:
- All broker compensation will be paid on a fee basis only.
- Costs and expenses associated with travel and expenses incurred by broker in the performance of duties performed in the performance of its obligations in this Agreement shall be the sole
responsibility of broker.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
