[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide non-public school curriculum writing services to help coordinate the delivery of instruction and services throughout the school, deliver specialized or rigorous courses of instruction, and to address gaps in learning to the government authority located in Lakewood, NJ.
1. The services to be provided herein will follow the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), Federal and State guidance on the use of the Education Stabilization Fund Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER Fund) and any and all Federal and New Jersey state laws regarding same.
2. The services herein are open to all non-public schools located within Lakewood in accordance with the needs of the non-public children to be served.
3. The Program offered by the Service Provider shall comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding the secular nature of programs receiving CARES/ESSER Funds. It is understood that violation of this provision shall be the basis of immediate termination of the services.
4. The Service Provider will provide the district any and all additional supporting documentation at the request of the district.
5. The Service Provider will gather and provide all required documents for preparation of curriculum revision proposals.
6. The Board shall render payment to the Provider based upon services rendered on a monthly basis per the quantifiable service which will be invoiced to the Board each month provided services are delivered in accordance with Federal and State law. The parties hereby agree and acknowledge that payment shall be based on actual services rendered and only upon presentation of detailed invoices with supporting documentation to substantiate the monthly amount billed.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
