[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide software vendors, systems integrators, implementation partners and/or Value-Added Resellers (VARs) who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional and technical capabilities to provide, install and support an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) with mobility solution that meets the Port’s needs,
- The EAM solution must encompass work order management, analytics, failure analysis, work order tracking, fleet management, asset tracking, and be optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms,
- Include an end-to-end business process review to ensure all physical processes are optimized to take advantage of the efficiencies introduced by the EAM System,
¬- The EAM solution should be a cloud-based system and be fully configurable,
- The ability to support management for three business units, for future expansion, within a single organization,
- The solution must have the ability to connect to the OBDC platform that is supported by Port systems for select-only queries,
- Shall have a mobile solution that is supported on IOS, Android and other MS devices (smartphones, tablets and PCs, etc.),
- Have seamless integration between mobile solution and EAM,
- Have seamless integration with EAM to Port’s scheduling solution (MS Office 365 or Google Cloud),
- Have seamless integration with payroll/timecard system (Oracle Time and Labor),
- Have the ability for PM Forecasting and the flexibility to adjust that forecasting as needed,
- Ability to capture asset condition and perform trending and Accommodate warranty tracking, etc.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 8, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 18, 2021.
