[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide E-rate category two services to the government authority located in La Joya, TX.
- Network Switch Upgrade: The intent of this project is to upgrade the network switches to provide added port capacity, faster network connectivity between campus and district core and higher capacity backbone connections from campus MDF to IDFs that are located across the campus,
- Wireless Upgrade: to upgrade and expand the existing wireless network infrastructure at the campuses listed in this document. It is expected that all vendor proposals will provide a turnkey solution that will integrate seamlessly into our existing network infrastructure,
- Next Generation Firewall Solution: The intent of this project is to replace an existing 5+ year old Sonicwall NGFW deployment the district currently uses. One of the goals of this project are to provide increased capacity between the district network core and Internet provider,
- UPS Project
- Network Cabling: The purpose of this document is to provide specifications for a 10GBASE-T cabling solution. Installation is a complete turnkey solution which includes but not limited to Fiber cable, patch cables, fiber enclosures, racks with cable management components, conduit, J hooks, boring/trenching, building penetrations and conduit where applicable and any other necessary hardware/equipment necessary to meet building/fire codes.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 31, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
