[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide real-time monitoring and analysis system to actively monitor our water distribution system to enable us to make intelligent decisions that are in the best interests of the and its ratepayers using innovative methods.
- Provide them with software to store and analyze the collected data
- This data and analysis should be available through an online dashboard accessible to an admin user with the ability to share the information across departments and users
- Software will have alert capabilities to be set by the admin user to warn the of rapidly developing issues or inconsistencies in the system
- Documentation should be available electronically for the hardware and software regarding the use and maintenance of each
- The vendor will provide estimates on the lifetime of devices as well as for on-going maintenance or necessary further investments during the lifetime of each device
- This should include network services, data storage, software licensing, analysis, etc.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on January 27, 2021.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than January 29, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
