[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide Consulting Services, and other Goods and Services to assist with the research, development, support, and consultation of their brand strategy and brand promise development including SWCB brand research and valuation, brand audit review, brand strategy development, brand promise development,  brand positioning,  and brand integration and brand position (internal and external), develop the Agency ’s brand promise as well as a communications and change management plan and establish a brand measurement standard.
- This agency’s branding promise transformation will result in all employees clearly understanding what our brand promise is and what role they play in bringing that promise to life.
- The brand promise will guide SWCB employees in their daily interactions with and service of us
customers. The intent is to focus on our customers’ needs, expectations, understandings, and base our actions on this feedback.
- The selected Vendor would assist the agency in the following areas:
1. To determine the SWCB’s current brand position/valuation
2. To conduct a brand audit review/discovery/research with staff and customers
3. To develop the SWCB’s brand promise with staff and customers
4. To develop the SWCB’s brand positioning (internal and external)
5. To develop a brand promise communication, a change management plan, and an implementation plan
6. To determine a brand measurement standard
- Brand audit/review/discovery/(Research): - to determine the SWCB’s current brand position/valuation by reviewing the SWCB’s most current reputational studies, customer satisfaction surveys and to conduct necessary internal and external brand valuation research including but not limited to surveys and focus groups as needed to determine current state and identify gaps between what our customers experience is and what we want it to be.
- WCB brand valuation (Report): - Following the completion of the brand research and the staff and customer consultation, deliver a brand valuation report which outlines the findings of the brand audit and review of current state, outlines gap analysis
