[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide incident and case management system Select an incident management, case management, and reporting system to replace the existing in-house software,
- Obtain a project management plan which incorporates transition services, implementation, migration, testing and training for Staff regarding the new system,
- To engage a Consultant that provides system support to Staff through successful planning, transition and implementation,
- To enter into a contract with a service provider that offers a solution that provides for minimum system downtime and service outages,
- Case Management,
- Records Management,
- Reporting and Dashboards,
- Technical and Non-Functional,
- The service provider must provide a minimum and recommended hardware and software requirements to run the proposed system to include workstations, servers, laptops, tablets and any other required hardware within a windows-based environment.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 14, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
